SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

 

General Shipping Rules:

All orders placed post 5:00 pm shall be processed for dispatch within 24 hours only and delivered to you as per given timelines.

Any order placed / booked on late weekend i.e. on Saturday post 5:00 pm will be automatically process for dispatch on Monday or on next working day evening. There is no courier service or pickups on Sunday or on any Government Holiday hence we have restricted dispatch timelines.

Orders booked during any festival month, might be delayed in dispatch / delivery in comparison to its normal delivery timelines due to several reasons like, shortage of stock, overloaded shipments for delivery.

Shipping Details while booking should be correct and any delay in delivery due to wrong details will be sole responsibility of customer only.

Shipping Charges:

We offer free shipping on all our products. However, you will be notified incase we make any changes to our shipping charges.

Grievance Cell: 

All product and shipping related concerns will be entertained within 24 hours of delivery only.

Pictures/Videos of concerned is must.

All email should marked to care@fundamental.in.

Cash on Delivery:

CoD may be available on case to case basis and will be notified at the time of purchase.

Delivery Timelines:

Delivery for West Bengal: 4 – 7 Days

Delivery for ROI: 7 – 10 Days

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations:

Fundamental Electronics Private Limited makes every effort to service the orders placed with them, as per the specifications mentioned against each product. As a policy, we request you to kindly check the product and the accessories while accepting the delivery. In case of any discrepancies, kindly bring it to our notice before accepting delivery by calling us on 9874794411 or email us on care@fundamental.in. In such cases, we will either exchange the defective or damaged product or provide you with the refund on the original mode of payment within 14 working days.

Please note that we will not entertain any returns or refund request once delivery has been accepted.  

All warranty and product related issues will have to be taken up with the Manufacturer / Brand as per their respective policies.

Once order is processed, cancellation will not be allowed.
